Duties:&lt;br /&gt;
- Business Development, marketing and networking (i.e. gaining new Clients);&lt;br /&gt;
- Maintaining excellent relationships with Clients and business co-operatives;&lt;br /&gt;
- Growing business network, meeting business leaders including, lawyers and other advisors. Recognised leadership in organizing and leading business discussions and groups&lt;br /&gt;

Operational requirements:&lt;br /&gt;
- Setting up, selling and managing of company preparations and market entry opportunities, as well as growth in the facilitation and administration of existing businesses;&lt;br /&gt;

- Providing corporate secretarial and administrative support to Clients in the field of commercial law;&lt;br /&gt;
- Acting as an attorney and have PoA for Clients;&lt;br /&gt;

- Establishment of communication procedures with Client;&lt;br /&gt;

Candidate requirements: &lt;br /&gt;
- Law graduate;&lt;br /&gt;
- 3-4 years experience in a commercial law environment in a Trust Company, preferably in a supervisor’s position;&lt;br /&gt;
- Very good knowledge of Czech civil, and particularly commercial law, ability of practical application;&lt;br /&gt;
- Good relationships with the Czech business and legal environment;&lt;br /&gt;
- Good social networking skills;&lt;br /&gt;
- Outgoing nature with a positive outlook to life and business;&lt;br /&gt;

-Leading and supervising General Ledger operations to accomplish the proper recording and reporting on a timely manner&lt;br /&gt;
-Ensure and support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes&lt;br /&gt;
-Update processes in order to comply with adjustments of local and international laws related to VAT, Corporate Tax, Accounting &amp; Trade legislations etc.&lt;br /&gt;
-Managing team of 5 – 10 GL accountants, being responsible for performance of the team, ensuring that the service levels are met&lt;br /&gt;
-Setting, managing and achieving strategic goals for the team&lt;br /&gt;
-Monitoring risk of service provided and ensuring implementation of mitigation measures&lt;br /&gt;
-Coaching, mentoring and developing team members&lt;br /&gt;
-Providing operational support to team members&lt;br /&gt;
-Handling client communication and escalations&lt;br /&gt;

Treats incoming orders from AB InBev country organizations &amp; Customers according to the order process definitions to ensure deliveries and invoicing to customer according to agreed SLA,s&lt;br /&gt;

• Capture all incoming orders from customers or AB InBev country organizations by fax, mail, EDI, YBW. For returns the order taker can receive instructions from the CSC Agent to enter the order in the system.&lt;br /&gt;

• Enter orders in SAP and other systems according to the systems in use in the countries in scope for CSC&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Verify completeness, availability of product, customer credit, (and pricing), verify if there are specific logistic rules. The order taker must also take into account the specifications of the Customer master data.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Monitor and solve Trinity, DDNS, e-hub and other system failures that don’t require interaction with customers.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
• Archive documentation received from customers&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
