Management & Corporate Secretarial Services Manager (Legal)

Duties:
- Business Development, marketing and networking (i.e. gaining new Clients);
- Maintaining excellent relationships with Clients and business co-operatives;
- Growing business network, meeting business leaders including, lawyers and other advisors. Recognised leadership in organizing and leading business discussions and groups

Operational requirements:
- Setting up, selling and managing of company preparations and market entry opportunities, as well as growth in the facilitation and administration of existing businesses;
- Assisting Clients in company formation and establishment of other forms of business activity;
- Providing corporate secretarial and administrative support to Clients in the field of commercial law;
- Acting as an attorney and have PoA for Clients;
- Maintaining good relations with Clients and identification of their needs;
- Establishment of communication procedures with Client;
- Communication with other offices;
- Cooperation with other departments in order to assure proper quality of services for Clients;
- Reporting to Management Board and Head Office in terms of enterprise results.

Candidate requirements:
- Law graduate;
- 3-4 years experience in a commercial law environment in a Trust Company, preferably in a supervisor’s position;
- Very good knowledge of Czech civil, and particularly commercial law, ability of practical application;
- Good relationships with the Czech business and legal environment;
- Good social networking skills;
- Outgoing nature with a positive outlook to life and business;
- Experience in selling shelf companies in the Czech Republic;
- Fluent level of written and spoken English;

Key Accountabilities

Role purpose/Responsibilities

Service level management:
• Give shape to the Business Process Lead-supplier relation, creating and guarding of agreements between Business Process Lead and application services organization and actualizing these agreements

We require

Key requirements:
