Your responsibilities:
-Provide support related to the operation and escalation of all customer
service related activity in a responsible and professional manner.
-Responsible for inputting all communications (i.e. fax, e-mail, and voice
messages) into the call management system.
-Evaluate calls received into the Customer Service group, determine
customer needs and handle or escalate accordingly.
-Reconcile any faxes, e-mails, etc. received from Customers on a daily
basis.
-Create price quotes and replacement unit processing for Customer when
applicable.
-Verify changes (e.g. address, email) for Customers place records in the
call tracking system and take appropriate action.
-Provide input to management on any Customer satisfaction issues.
-Follow up on all outstanding issues within appropriate timeframe.
-Stay informed of all policies, procedures, and service offerings that affect
both our internal and external customers.
-Complete all assigned self-study and formal training.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent English: speaking, listening, and writing skills
- Excellent Polish Language Skill
- Any other language would be a big plus but Czech is not necessary
- Aptitude for IT and computer systems (MS office in particular)
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team (team player)
- Detail oriented personality
- Patient and understanding nature
- Able to work under pressure
- Experience of a call/support centre environment is a plus
- Understanding of excellent customer service

As a Clinical Research Associate you will be responsible for conducting monitoring of international clinical trials phase I - IV. CREDIT CONTROLLER with English and Polish

Key activities:
• Checking of overdue outstanding payments from customers
• Preparation of mutual agreements with customers, responsibility for dunning process
• Checking of customer ratings, approving new customers
• Communication with collection agencies, insurance companies
• Preparation of regular reports about bad debts
• Account receivable/account payable reconciliation
Qualifications Required:
• Secondary/University education – economic/finance specialization
• Advanced oral and written English and Polish communication skills
• Experience with credit controlling is necessary
• Experience from retail business and Hungarian environment is advantage
• PC skills - advanced experience with SAP (or similar system), advanced in Excel
